Our Return Policy
We will accept any product in its original package for up to 30 days from the date of shipment. Please note that any missing and/or damaged items must be reported within 10 days of receiving your order. Before returning any product, you will need to email us for an RMA number and directions for returning. We charge a 10% restocking fee for all returned orders. Shipping fees are not refundable. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return the item(s) to us. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition. No credit will be given for items if they are not in their original box with original packaging, no exceptions.
